Being a scientist , I always saw life at the cellular level — physiology, hormonal interplay, and the incredible intelligence inside every cell.
To me, life made sense through data, experiments, and evidence.
Honestly, I never believed anything existed beyond science.

But then… Life happens.
It places us in situations that shake our foundations and make us question everything.

I was working as a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Illinois at Chicago when I received what I now call a gentle nudge from the universe — though back then, it felt like a storm.
I was just about to receive my NIH research grant when my husband decided to move back to India.
My whole world shifted .

Between designing experiments and raising kids… I grew up.

And then came COVID.

Just after the pandemic , everything felt heavy — emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
That’s when my brother showed me the first glimpse of spirituality .
A small light entered a very dense space.

Soon after, I met Shivya  — and we immediately connected on one question that had been silently growing within us both:
“Is life really only about earning, eating, and sleeping?”

That question changed everything.

We began exploring spirituality — but in a way that made sense to a scientist like me:
through understanding, logic, experience, and inner observation .
We studied Art of Living, Kriya Yoga, and our ancient scriptures .
And the more I learned, the more I realized that nothing contradicted science…
In fact, it completed it.

Then I discovered Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga — and believe me, it is the most scientific pathway to understanding the inner world.
No rituals, no blind faith — just a step-by-step methodology for human evolution.
A framework to connect deeply with your own Self .

Over the years, through experience, study, and introspection, we developed tools that help decode ourselves at the Body, Mind & Soul level .
